Elizabeth "Betty" Martinez (March 1956 - July 2018) passionately devoted 25 years to LAUSD before founding Little Steps of Faith Preschool in 2012, following her triumph over pancreatic cancer. Motivated by her love for children and dedication to serving God, Betty established a haven for kids to play, learn, and grow spiritually. Though she's no longer with us, her legacy lives on through the committed efforts of the board of directors, staff, and community leaders, ensuring every child experiences love, laughter, and abundant opportunities to thrive.
